Welcome!
Our Purpose
Our mission is to make the world a better place for individuals with disabilities and their families by positively impacting the field of Adapted Physical Education and Adaptive Sport.
What we do
We champion Adapted PE programs to enhance the knowledge and expertise of APE teachers while empowering them with community and support. We offer resources to districts, teachers and families with a variety of skills for a variety of needs.
Our Why
With every teacher and program positively impacted, lives are enriched by the experiences APE programs and Adaptive Sporting opportunities bring. We focus on the knowledge and skills necessary to provide these students and teachers with opportunities, support and resources to bridge gaps.
Our Commitment to the APE Community
The field of Adapted Physical Education continues to evolve, and so do the needs of the professionals who serve students every day. We are committed to staying connected to the latest research, best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions that help educators meet those needs.
Through professional learning, mentoring, networking opportunities, and collaborative problem-solving, we strive to build a strong community of Adapted Physical Education professionals who support one another, share ideas, and continuously grow together. We believe that when educators are empowered with the knowledge, tools, and support they need, students benefit from higher-quality services and greater opportunities for success.
